SHIPPING DOMESTIC (INDIA)
- For all orders, we ship through reputed courier companies (DTDC, Mark Express & Maruti Air) or the Speed Post facility of the Indian Postal Services in case the services of private courier aren't available at the delivery locations.
- Free Shipping is applicable only on domestic (Pan-India) orders above ₹1000 and is limited to EcoKaari’s upcycled handwoven products. Tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been dispatched from our facility.
- Typically, EcoKaari Product's orders take 3 - 10 working days post dispatch from Pune to reach anywhere in India. In some cases, it might take longer due to local restrictions or special sale periods.
- Delivery times are approximate and are dependent on the Logistics Partners. Depending on your location, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays may not be considered business days.
- Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be shared according to the shipping arrangements.
- We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
- Currently, the offer to pick up your online order in-store is only available at the PUNE location, where our HQ is. For details, click here.
- Please note that Bulk, Personal and Corporate orders will be charged Shipping, and the charges will be as per actuals.
- Free Shipping is available only on orders placed through our official website (www.ecokaari.org), applicable across Pan India for orders above ₹1000, and limited to EcoKaari’s upcycled handwoven products. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched from our office.
- We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do. The most common reasons for cancellation are when an item is out of stock, when we suspect fraud, or when a product or price is listed incorrectly. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled.
- OUT OF STOCK - In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is out of stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item. Our customer service team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.
- All products other than those manufactured by EcoKaari Private Limited, the respective Companies/Organisations will ship privately and share the shipping details with you. EcoKaari will not be held responsible for any mishaps.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For all orders, we ship through reputed courier companies: DHL, FedEx, etc.
- For International Shipping, final shipping costs will be applied to the actuals of the invoice, and we will inform you accordingly before Shipping. However, we take a basic charge of INR 3500/-.
- Please note that Bulk, Personal and Corporate orders will be charged Shipping, and the charges will be as per actuals.
- Free Shipping is only available in pan India on our website orders (www.ecokaari.org) for EcoKaari's Upcycled-Handwoven Products only.
- We offer Free Shipping only for domestic orders, i.e. Pan India, on only EcoKaari's Upcycled-Handwoven Products. Tracking details are shared after the shipment is dispatched from our office.
- Any significant difference in the shipping costs has to be paid by the customer at the time of Shipping (if it exceeds the shipping costs taken at the time of placing the order). If the shipping costs are lower, the difference will be refunded as a Product.
- The customer will have to bear any additional customs duties or taxes that may arise at the time of clearance of shipments.
- Tracking numbers are shared via email after the shipment is dispatched from our office. EcoKaari will not be held responsible for any mishaps.

NOTE: Delivery times will vary depending on the items selected. You will be provided with a shipping estimate and delivery time frame at the time of placement of order. However, for International Shipping, final shipping costs will be applied to the invoice amount, and we will inform you accordingly prior to Shipping. All our shipments are sent via internationally reputed logistics partners who also handle customs clearances.

BULK - PERSONAL AND CORPORATE ORDERS
- Please note that Bulk, Personal and Corporate orders will be charged shipping, and the charges will be as per actuals - Domestic as well as International.
- Any Quotation provided by EcoKaari will be exclusive of the Shipping Charges. It'll be based on actuals and conveyed to the Client once EcoKaari is provided with the Shipping details and timeline.
