EcoKaari’s Upcycling Initiative
EcoKaari’s Plastic Offset and Livelihoods Generation Program.
EcoKaari’s Plastic Offset & Livelihoods Generation Program is a scalable, end-to-end CSR initiative designed to help organisations create measurable environmental and social impact. Through this program, EcoKaari replicates its proven upcycling model at partner-selected locations to upcycle single-use plastic waste and multi-layered plastics (MLPs) while enabling sustainable livelihoods for women and youth from marginalised backgrounds.
This initiative allows companies to channel their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) investments into addressing critical challenges such as plastic pollution, environmental sustainability, and livelihood generation, while simultaneously strengthening their ESG performance and ecological and social credentials with consumers, investors, employees, and communities. The program aligns strongly with circular economy principles and long-term sustainability goals.
