RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- EcoKaari's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified exchange period (7 days from the date of the delivery).
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable for products manufactured by EcoKaari Private Limited and purchased on www.ecokaari.org via direct site access or other social media platforms.
- Products purchased on other online retailers, or stores are not eligible.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the price tags.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can also, quote the order number for the online order.
- For products other than EcoKaari Private Limited (of other brands), exchange/cancellation and refund policies of respective brands apply.

- If your product satisfies the above eligibility criteria, then we will connect with you. Once we receive your product, and we will inspect it. If we find it satisfactory, we will process the refund/exchange.
- Once your return is received and inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be processed after deducting the cost of shipping. (See shipping policy)
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- It typically takes up to 4-5 days for the refund to be applied to your card/bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your card/bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected in your account.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in the account.

Exchange (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped to you.
- We will notify you of the shipment, with a tracking number.
Shipping by Customer
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will ship the exchanged product back to you at no cost to you.
- Kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
