Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- EcoKaari's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified exchange period (7 days from the date of the delivery).
- Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of facemasks and seed pencils collection nor of custom-made or personalised items (including items that have been monogrammed or engraved).
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable for products manufactured by EcoKaari Private Limited and purchased on www.ecokaari.org via direct site access or other social media platforms of EcoKaari or in-store purchase at Pune Workshop.
- For all claims involving a damaged or missing product, we recommend that you provide video evidence of the unboxing and the problem. We will not consider claims of a damaged or missing product unless video proof is provided at the time of unboxing.
- Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt at our warehouse upon thorough Quality Check.
- You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment and share with us whenever you courier the order back to us.
- Products purchased on other online retailers, or stores are not eligible at EcoKaari's site. Please connect with the Team of the original site of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the price tags or any other tags.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can also, quote the order number for the online order.
- For products other than EcoKaari Private Limited (of other brands), exchange/cancellation and refund policies of respective brands apply.
Process:
- If you need a refund/exchange, please send an email to info@ecokaari.org or ecokaari@gmail.com outlining the reason for the same.
- As per the response, you’ll have to courier to our Pune Workshop address as we do not have any pickup services. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment and share with us whenever you courier the order back to us.
- If your product satisfies the above eligibility criteria, then we will connect with you. Once we receive your product, and we will inspect it. If we find it satisfactory, we will process the refund/exchange.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be processed after deducting the cost of shipping. (See shipping policy).
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- It typically takes up to 4-5 days for the refund to be applied to your card/bank account.
Note: Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards cannot be redeemed into cash.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your card/bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected in your account.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in the account.

Exchange (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped to you.
- We will notify you of the shipment, with a tracking number.
Shipping by Customer
- You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will ship the exchanged product back to you at no cost to you.
- Kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return / Exchange Policy for Bulk Orders:
- Custom Order: EcoKaari does not accept any returns or exchange of the customised order by the Client.
- White Label: EcoKaari does not accept any returns and will not bear any legal responsibility in case the Client faces any issue from their customer side and vice-versa.
- Personal Order: EcoKaari will not accept any return but will exchange the product incase of any product defect.
